		<description>Archdeaconries and Dioceses are both collections of Deaneries?  Could you explain the difference?  Or should a diocese be a collection of Archdeaconries?

Got that far but still confused.

Where do all the names come from?  Do you think this should be made simpler for ordinary folk to understand?</description>
