So, yesterday we left Watford. It was a weird day. Exciting because we’re off to a new life and the next stage of our lives, sad because Soul Survivor and Watford have been all we’ve known in our married lives!
We stopped in Nottingham on the way and had a great time with some old friends. Predictably we decided we needed to see more of them, although Nottingham is closer to Watford than Durham!
We arrived at our new home at 8ish, and then went into town to get dinner. We realised that getting removal men to move the stuff is the most amazing thing. The day was totally relaxed and lovely.
This morning though, we’re waiting for our stuff to arrive in our new humongous house…
